Privacy Policy We collect the information you provide to book and complete your rental — your name, contact details, driver's license, insurance, and payment information — and use it only to process your booking, verify eligibility to drive, arrange the deposit, and communicate with you about your rental. We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to complete your rental (such as our payment processor and identity/insurance verification partners) and where required by law. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. If you have any questions about your information or would like a copy or deletion, contact us using the details on your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time — you'll receive a full refund of anything paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup, no-shows, and early returns may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one day's rental rate, at the owner's discretion. Any refundable deposit hold is released in full. To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation or contact us as soon as your plans change. We'll always do our best to work with you.
